Machinery & Pasture Operations

Full-time/Part-time | Cedar Creek, QLD

GrassForce / Bimbadeen


Role Overview

GrassForce, together with our private livestock operation, is seeking multiple team member to work across pasture services for clients and hands-on livestock and property operations at Cedar Creek.


This role is approximately 50% client work with GrassForce and 50% work within our own livestock business, offering variety across machinery operation, pasture improvement, weed management, and livestock systems.


You’ll be working outdoors with modern machinery and GPS guided technology, contributing to practical, results-driven land and livestock management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operating tractors, UTVs, excavators, and track loaders across varying terrain
  • Slashing, mulching, spraying, cultivating, and seeding
  • Using GPS  guidance and auto-steer systems
  • Pasture establishment, fertiliser application, and weed control
  • Assisting with rotational grazing, fencing, watering, and general farm maintenance
  • Routine machinery checks and safe work practices on client properties
     

What We’re Looking For

  • Open car & HR truck licence and experience towing heavy loads
  • Experience operating agricultural machinery
  • Understanding of pasture and weed management
  • Chemical handling certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Reliable, practical, and safety-focused approach to work
  • Interest in livestock systems and modern farming technology
